GELLIFY is the first innovation platform that invests in B2B digital software startups and connects them to traditional companies with the purpose of innovating their processes, products and business models, through Open Innovation.

Following the merger between Innext Srl's Management Consulting business unit and GELLIFY Srl, I continued to work on projects concerning the definition of the IT Strategy for a primary player in the Italian large-scale retail trade industry.
I worked on:
> contracts relating to the application maintenance service with the various suppliers
> software selection of a new ticketing tool to be implemented in every company function
> mapping of all access privileges to systems and applications by internal and external company personnel
> definition of new permission authorization processes
> remediation plan aimed at setting up adequate roles and permissions for each user on systems and applications
> development of a tool for monitoring compliance with the new rules of assigning permissions for each application or system
Junior Consultant, Innext

Innext is a business consulting firm that supports companies in achieving growth and transformation results, integrating strategy, innovation and people.

In Innext, I worked on projects concerning the definition of the future corporate strategy for a significant group of the Italian large-scale retail trade industry.
I also worked on some projects regarding the analysis of the competitive context in the digital sector and the design of a new IT strategy plan for a primary player of the Italian large- scale retail trade industry, concerning:
> assessment and the consequent remediation plan regarding privilege access management system for the assignation of appropriate permissions on applications and systems
> software selection for a new cross-function ticketing tool

Tokio Studio Srl is a production company founded in 2019 by five guys with a passion for the visual arts.
The services offered range from videoclips to corporate commercials, from event aftermovies to wedding films, from 3D animations to video mapping.
In Tokio Studio Srl I contributed from the beginning to its design, to the structuring of its business units and its processes and to its entry into the market leading the strategic planning before and during the entire first year of activity as CEO, achieving extremely rewarding results at the end of the first year both in terms of turnover (over 300 €K) and in terms of process efficiency: the hiring of the first 3 employees, the collaboration with national and international players and the structuring of all commercial, operational and administrative processes.
I also worked on developing the market, commercial and management strategy for two new business units: Portrait Studio, a brand active at national level in services to schools such as yearbooks, class photos and personalized clothing, and VLTIMA, a brand active in the services of network positioning and communication and e-commerce consultancy.
Moreover, I led the development of our service strategy relating to live streaming bringing Tokio Studio to interface with internationally renowned players

JEME Bocconi Studenti is the first and oldest Italian Junior Enterprise. The Junior Enterprises are small consulting firms entirely managed by students. The model was created and developed in France in 1967 with the goal to act as consulting firms.
ISO 9001 certified consulting company, founded in 1988, JEME Bocconi Students is the second best Junior Enterprise in Europe and first in Italy, with an average annual turnover of € 165,000, more than 30 projects per year and over 50 associates. JEME Bocconi provides its clients with consulting services through the work of well motivated students aiming at putting into practice their theoretical knowledge and challenging the limits of their talents.
In JEME I assumed the roles of associate consultant and project manager, working on projects related to different sectors, especially artificial intelligence and the medtech industry. I also assumed the roles of Head if IT & Communication Department, leading a team of over 15 people and working both on the definition of JEME's communication strategy and the coordination of IT activities, such as G Suite, Workplace and Mailchimp; In September 2019 I was elected Vice President and then, in January 2020, I legally became President of the whole Junior Enterprise and I guided the strategy of the association for the rest of the term. During my last period in JEME Bocconi Studenti I worked as auditor in projects and I acted as tutor to applicants and new entries; I have also been appointed Head of Alumni, responsible for maintaining relationships with our over 450 former Associates around the world

Family Dental Center is a dental clinic born in 2012 from the desire to offer its patients high quality, attention to costs, excellent service and limited time.
In Family Dental Center I dealt with the management of administrative procedures relating to booking and processing income, expenses and all other financial figures, compilation of medical records and management of patient relations with regard to administrative-accounting procedures. I have had experience in managing medical personnel and the daily agenda; I have also managed numerous complex and emergency situations regarding operations and patient management.

Former Project Coordinator & Founder, Gioia Web Radio

In September 2015 I founded, with another boy from my secondary school, the first high-school Web Radio of Emilia Romagna and one of the first in Italy, entirely run by students: Gioia Web Radio. At the head of a group of 33 young people, from the first year of activity I brought our reality to the achievement of important objectives: 9,000 plays in the first six months of birth, participation in the Web Radio Festival in Rome, collaboration with numerous institutions and local and non-local situations, the publication of more than ten articles and video interviews related to our reality by local and regional newspapers and TVs
